Need to learn about the new Education and Care Services Regulations?

A series of information sessions are being run for Education and Care Services covered by the new National Regulations for NSW Services.

Family Day Care Schemes.

NSW Family Day Care Association, on behalf of Children's Services Central will be running sessions for FDC schemes early next year. More information available in the Children's Services Central Calendar which schemes will receive in January.

Out of School Hours Services.

To assist with transitioning Out of School Hours Services into the National Quality Framework, Network, in partnership with the NSW Department of Education and Communities, will be holding 20 information seminars across 13 locations in NSW. Some of these will be held in November this year and some will run in February next year. Flyers will be sent to all services this week and this will contain details on how to book.

Preschools and Long Day Care Services

Community Child Care Co-operative is running a series of  "Really Simple Regulations Sessions" for preschools and long day care services. These sessions have been jointly funded by the NSW Government and Children's Services Central.

These free sessions are also being run in November and February. 

They are designed to specifically assist NSW preschools and LDCs to become familiar with important components of the Regulation.
